Gamblog ("the App") is operated by OWNMRK LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with your use of Gamblog on iOS and Android devices.
This app is designed with one core principle: your data belongs to you. We do not collect, store, transmit, or sell any personal information. Everything stays on your device.
We do not collect any of the following:
All session records, comp wallet data, tax estimates, and app preferences are stored locally on your device using your device's built-in storage (localStorage). This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export, print, or share it yourself.
You can permanently delete all stored data at any time by clearing the app's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the app. We have no ability to recover deleted data — we never had a copy of it.
The app offers an optional encrypted backup feature. If you use it, your data is encrypted on your device using AES-GCM-256 with a PBKDF2-derived key before being saved as a file. This encrypted file is stored on your device or wherever you choose to save it. We do not receive, access, or store this file at any point.
If you choose to upgrade to Gamblog Pro, all payment transactions are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive, process, store, or have access to your payment card information or billing details. Please review Apple's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy for information about how they handle payment and transaction data.
The app may periodically fetch tax configuration data — such as the current year's W-2G threshold and standard deduction figures — from a hosted configuration file to keep tax calculations accurate without requiring an app update. This network request contains no personal data, no device identifiers, and no user information of any kind. If the request fails, the app silently falls back to local defaults.
Gamblog does not integrate any third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase, or Mixpanel), advertising networks, crash reporting tools, or social media SDKs. No third party receives any data through your use of this app.
This app is intended exclusively for adults of legal gambling age in their jurisdiction (18 or 21 years of age, depending on location). We do not knowingly collect any information from minors. If you are under the applicable legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, you must not use this app. If we become aware that a minor has used the app, we will take appropriate steps to address the situation, though given our zero-data-collection architecture, no personal data will have been collected regardless.
Because we do not collect, sell, or share personal information, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) sale and sharing opt-out rights do not apply to Gamblog. California residents have no personal information to request, delete, or correct because none is collected.
Because we do not collect or store your data on our servers, there is no centralized database that could be breached to expose your information. Your data security is governed by your device's built-in security protections. We strongly recommend using a device passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID to protect your local data.
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through an in-app notice and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which OWNMRK LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
