Gamblog ("the App") is operated by OWNMRK LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with your use of Gamblog on iOS and Android devices.
Gamblog works fully without ever creating an account — signing in is entirely optional, and only changes where your data lives, never what we do with it.
If you never sign in: nothing. There is no server involved, and nothing leaves your device.
If you choose to sign in with Apple or Google, we store the same information you'd otherwise keep locally, in a private account record, solely so it survives a lost phone or a new device:
We have no analytics SDK, no crash reporting, no advertising, and no third-party trackers — whether or not you sign in.
Session photos you optionally attach, and short video clips Video mode automatically records each time it reads your credit meter, are stored on-device only and are never uploaded, regardless of sign-in status. To capture these, Gamblog requests access to your device's camera and microphone — this access is used only for the photos and clips you or Video mode create, and nothing recorded is transmitted anywhere.
Gamblog may also request permission to send local reminders (for example, before a comp expires, or if a live session is left unfinished). These reminders are scheduled entirely on your device — no data is sent to us or any third party to generate them, and you can disable them at any time in your device's notification settings.
If you never sign in, uninstalling the app removes everything — there is nothing anywhere else to delete.
Creating an account uses Apple's or Google's own sign-in system — we never see or store your password. Your sessions, comps, settings, and handle are then also saved to a private database record tied only to your account. This isolation is enforced by the database itself (Row Level Security), not just by app behavior: it is not technically possible for your account's data to be read through any other account. We do not sell or share this data with anyone, for any reason.
The date of birth you enter during setup is self-reported — Gamblog does not verify it against a government ID or any third-party source. It's used only to confirm you meet the minimum age to use the app.
If you choose to upgrade to Gamblog Pro, payment is processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device. We do not receive, process, store, or have access to your payment card information or billing details. Subscription status is verified via RevenueCat. Please review Apple's or Google's Privacy Policy for information about how they handle payment and transaction data.
Gamblog uses the Google Places API to help you search for and select a casino by name during session entry. This lookup is not tied to your account and is not used for tracking.
Gamblog does not integrate any third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase, or Mixpanel), advertising networks, crash reporting tools, or social media SDKs. No third party receives your data through your use of this app, beyond the account infrastructure (Supabase) and payment infrastructure (Apple, Google, RevenueCat) described above.
This app is intended exclusively for adults of legal gambling age in their jurisdiction (18 or 21 years of age, depending on location). We do not knowingly collect any information from minors. If you are under the applicable legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, you must not use this app.
If you never signed in, deleting the app removes everything — there is nothing anywhere else to delete. If you did sign in, you can permanently delete your account and everything tied to it at any time from Settings → Delete My Account. This is processed immediately, with no recovery period. Deleting the app alone does not delete a signed-in account — use the in-app option.
If you have never signed in, no personal information is collected and CCPA sale and sharing opt-out rights do not apply. If you have signed in, California residents may request access to or deletion of their account data at any time via Settings → Delete My Account, or by emailing privacy@ownmrk.com.
If you never sign in, there is no centralized database that could be breached — your data security is governed entirely by your device's built-in protections. If you sign in, your account data is protected by database-level Row Level Security in addition to standard transport encryption. We strongly recommend using a device passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID to protect your local data either way.
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through an in-app notice and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which OWNMRK LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
